Progress only showing in taskbar when minimized [Not a bug]

When Resonic isn't minimized to the taskbar the progress isn't being displayed in the taskbar.

It could be intended as you have the program window displaying the progress.
However, sometimes, or mostly, I don't minimize the program and thus it's not displaying the progress in the taskbar.

This is intended.

But will make an option for that once the preferences dialog is ready.
